Heart of Dragonfire Size:SMALL (A4) - Single Release of 5It is summer. The earth parts to form a roiling cauldron. Molten rock is flung by baby dragons from the pit, singing and white hot to cascade down into reality. The beating heart of the planet lays open, emitting a grinding thunder that permeates the flesh and psyche, a reminder of ever present power just below awareness. This season holds the extremes of both life and destruction, growth consumed by fire, heat and floods. Its awful, awesome intensity

Even if one walks through the ancient forest on a clear day

A point of warm light brings hope to the most challenging of seasons

when overwhelmed

Follow the paths beside great Ben Nevis

When we don't have time to pause and sit

I made this image on the very last day of my month living on Madeira

A cheek laid on the rough cool bark of a familiar tree

but when coolness prevails

our dedication rewarded with solitude and magically soft conditions on this rainy occasion

We came here many times but the hand of the huldufólk seemed to make this night extra special
