The knob on top of the adapter screws the pin down after you've connected the gas bottle so you never lose any gas while connecting and disconnecting the regulator and you can turn the cylinder on and off at any time. We had found in the past that the M10 regulators that were available on the market were not very sturdily

We recommend using a soda stream adapter (sold separately) and a soda stream bottle for the 10L kegs when force carbing as you will need a more constant source of co2 due to the larger keg

It can be easily configured as a copper pot still without separate parts for stripping and spirit runs

Clean out your beer lines easy when you have finished a keg by filling another mini keg or full size keg with Line Cleaner then hook up to the ball lock post spout on your Intertap
