La Jasse Castel ‘Pimpanela’ Languedoc AOP 2020 Wild fermentAnother expressive, pure wine from this incredible small estate. Pimpanela means 'peony' in Occitan but also 'clever woman'. This pure, luscious red is 40% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 20% Carignan, 30% Cinsault and is aged in vats for 6 months. There are lashings of purple and blue berries, bay leaf garrigue and pepper.
