Sterling Silver & Cut Glass Jar by Boots Pure Drug Company, Birmingham, 1905 Antiquarian BooksA charming small sterling silver and cut glass jar, fully hallmarked for Boots Pure Drug Company, Birmingham, 1905. The silver lid boasts stunning foliate detail with a bird and a depiction of the 'green man', all surrounding a blank armorial cartouche. There is some denting in places to the edges of the silver lid (please see photographs), but otherwise it remains in a good condition. The cut glass jar remains in an excellent condition. Dimensions

The oak cabinet is in its original condition with brass hinges and lock (please note there is no key for the cabinet) and curved dovetail joints
