Antipodes Shiraz Barrel Gin Rye WhiskyOur original gins 45% ABV has made the best use of the warmer months within the 220L French Barriques where it rested for 6 months absorbing the beautiful shiraz colours and tannins of the three vintages of Tamburlaine Wines in the Hunter Valley region. Orange peel, sherbert and white jasmine, rich fruit on the mid palate with an almost syrupy mouthfeel. Subtle oak flavours from deep within the barrel also reveal a savoury fresh pepper and juniper
