Tobacco Basslet ShrimpsThe Tobacco Basslet is known from clear, shallow rocky areas and coral reefs to a depth of 70m. Here they may be seen in small shoals as they actively search for food items, and are even known to follow goatfishes as they stir up the substrate looking for small invertebrates. This is a very hardy species that is relatively peaceful, and is suitable for fish only community aquaria or reef tanks that contain no tiny fish or ornamental crustaceans.
