Signature Farmhouse Sourdough 850gWeighing in at a healthy 950g, our long fermented Farmhouse Sourdough is made using a blend of sustainable and organic local roller milled and stoneground whole wheat and heritage flours (Emmer, Khorasan, Spelt and Wheat), stoneground rye flour, filtered rainwater and sea salt. Enjoy a slightly chewy caramelised crust, moist crumb, and well balanced, mild tangy taste. We slice ours after a day and freeze for toasting. Approx 950gm (before baking).
