PTG CPC Module Mercedes-AMG Tune 2009-bmw-x32.8i-e83Due to the growing need to control electronics in the later model Mercedes vehicles equipped with the 9 G Tronic, 9 Speed Transmission, Mercedes added a CPC (Powertrain Control Module) to handle some of these duties. The CPC Module in your AMG has control over overall torque output among several other key functions. When tuning the ECU, the CPC Module will intervene and send the ECU several messages to decrease power via ignition timing and boost.
