Chikumanishiki Kanjikomi Junmai Sake 15% 720ml New Zealand WinesA traditional Kanjikomi (cold season brewed) Junmai sake from Chikumanishiki Brewery in Saku, Nagano. Brewed during the coldest months of winter when fermentation is at its most controlled and clean, using locally grown Miyama Nishiki rice Nagano's preferred cool climate sake variety. Chikuma Nishiki Sake Brewery has been crafting sake since 1681 in the high mountain region of Saku, Nagano Prefecture, in the shadow of Mt. Asama and Mt. Yatsugatake.
